Broadband connection keeps dropping out

Not sure if anyone can help but I've tried all the suggestions on the guides and am losing the will to live.
My connection keeps randomly dropping out (orange flashing light) and then 5 mins later comes back. Then it does it again. This is happening about 4 or 5 times an hour. 3 days in the last 2 weeks it's done this.
Any suggestions 🤷♀️

It sounds very much like you have a problem - most likely not in your home/office environment, but more likely in the BT/OR network.
First thing to check: Is your phoneline clear? Dial 17070 (preferably from a corded phone), select option 2. Once your phone number is confirmed, there should be silence on the line except for the regular 'Quiet Line Test' message - any other noise, report a PHONE problem via: https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/phone/
If the phone test passes, report a broadband problem via: https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/broadband/
Let us know the result - if the tests come back as clear but you still have a problem, we need to investigate further.

Thanks for your message.
I do have a landline connection but don't have a phone 🤦♀️ Only ever use my mobile. Only had a phone line as one was needed for the broadband. So I can't actually check the line. I'll contact plusnet and go from there.

A cheap handset can often save significant time in locating faults such as this.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
