Broadband connection drops and router asks me to log in...

Hi, me again
I'm having yet another fault with my broadband, it's getting a bit silly now. Basically my connection just drops and when I bring up a browser to test it, it asks me to log into the router. No matter how many times I do this (with every combination under the sun, just to be sure), it never logs in and the issue just resolves itself 10-15 minutes later.
What's going on and when can you fix it?

I've just checked over the connection and you are getting a lot of drops in the connection.
After testing, it doesn't look to be external so first things first, we'd need you to do some internal checks for us.
