So i've just moved house and applied for a package with plusnet. I've been keeping track of the progress through the account summary and help assistant tickets & this was due to go active yesterday. The phoneline is active(has been since the day i applied) but i received a text yesterday saying the broadband activation had been delayed. There is a ticket relating to this issue with the message:
There's been a problem progressing your broadband order. We'll get some more information on the problem and update this ticket with details as soon as we have them. [internal note] Check status in Install Diary and progress.
Is this just somebody needing to review everything and make sure there were no errors before the broadband is activated or something i should be concerned about?
