Hi Chris,
Sorry to hear about the connection issues. I've ran a test checks on the line, everything seems to be performing normally from this side. Are you connecting wirelessly or wired?
If possible can you run a wired speed test using this web page - https://www.btwholesale.com/pages/static/homepage/index.htm
Thanks,
Dan

Hi Chris,
Took a quick look at your account. It seems there are large periods of time 5-6 hours during some days where your upload is utilized quite highly. This is data being uploaded from a device connected to your router transmitting data to the outside world - cloud back up, torrents that kind of thing. While ever this is happening other devices will have reduced response times because the bandwidth is already being used. Any idea what can be doing this? If you can identify this and turn it off that *should* resolve the matter
Twills.
