Broadband and wifi unreliable recently

Hi

I've been very happy with my broadband service until the last week or two when my internet speed has been intermittently slow and the wifi connection drops every now and again.

There does not seem to be a way to raise a ticket etc. for support.

Could someone let me now how to get my line/modem tested?

Can someone please tell me how to raise a support ticket to get someone to look into my broadband?

The service has suddenly got worse despite nothing changing inside my home.

Could you undo whatever you did? I can barely load this site at the moment to reply to your message. 

My broadband was working perfectly well up until a few weeks ago. Whatever Plusnet is doing it making it worse!

Broadband patchy again this evening. Netflix struggling to keep up. Speedtest suggests that I am getting somewhere between 2 and 6 mbps. This is against a speed of 10-11 before these issues surfaced.

Could you please sort this?

The connection is better this morning. I wonder whether it is worse at busy times? Do you need some more equipment at my exchange???

Crazily unreliable right now. Can you please sort this out? Or release me so that I can join a broadband supplier who can supply broadband.

OK I have got another router and set it up and......... it seems to be working.

So it looks like your crummy router gave up working after about six months. 

Fingers cross this is now sorted.
