I placed an order for broadband and home phone on 28th August. This would be a switch to Plusnet from BT Broadband. Initial payments have been taken by Plusnet and since then, there has been no further update from Plusnet. I took the plunge to switch providers after reading glowing reports about Plusnet service from Which, but now I am not so sure. Is there an easy way to get some updated information from the Provisioning Team without going through the never ending phone options?
