I have had PlusNet for a while and I transferred my telephone to PlusNet and paid the line rental in advance, I renewed it last December for another 12 months, I want to cancel my broadband now (not transfer it, understand there is a £25 charge for it) can I cancel broadband and still keep my phone with PlusNet
Hope this is in the right forum if not can a moderator move it to the right one

If you're looking to cancel your broadband then there would be a £25 cessation charge. The best thing to do would be to speak with our customer options team on 0800 432 0200 they're open Mon-Fri 9.00-5.30 and they'll be able to help you.
