Hello again I hate it when I join a forum and the first two posts are about complaints. But my experience with plusnet has been pretty negative. I am a new customer, and my broadband has been activated. Unfortunately, Plusnet haven't sent the router yet. When should I expect this? I don't think it's reasonable that I am being billed for a service I can't use.
Hi there, We've not yet started charging you for your broadband service, just the phone side of your account. The broadband order is due to complete on the 24th (5 working days from today) as per the email we sent when first setting up your account. Sorry if this wasn't clear in any way.
