Broadband activation

Hi. So I received an email yesterday saying my phone line and broadband was ready to go. I tried to setup the router today but I just keep getting the orange light with red flashing broadband light. I went into the routers management page and there it said there was no traffic coming or going. Could I get some help please? Thank you

I'm very sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused you and for the delay in getting back to you on here. I can see that you have since had an engineer visit and the fault appears to have been resolved. Please let us know if you're still unable to get online.
