Broadband activation request

Hi, 

 

am am hoping a member of digital care team can help me please.

following finding this article:

I was hoping for a member of DCT to activate my broadband please.

 

 

I have a fully working line (in fact has been working for over a week), and my modem is online and synced (again for over a week - I'm using my own, but i do have the plusnet router) - it's just giving me a username/password error.

 

customer service are saying that they can't activate as they need to wait until 24th (which is when service is completed).

 

could you help me please?

Welcome to the community forum @viper209

 

Looking at your orders, they're still showing that they're due to complete in a few days time, however I've contacted our suppliers (regarding the phone order) and they've advised me they'll get this closed off as complete by the end of today.

 

I can activate your account for the broadband side of things, however I do need to make you aware that this would start billing on your account and as the broadband order isn't complete yet, we wouldn't be able to test for faults if it's not actually working.

Let me know if you'd like me to do this and I'll get the account activated as soon as possible for you.

Harry's finished work for the day, but I've just activated your account now. As already explained, there's no guarantee this will get you online as the orders are not yet fully complete. But, fingers crossed.
