Broadband activation for new customers

My phone line went active on Tuesday 15th and was told by customer support that my broadband would be activated by midnight. It's the 18th now and still no activation, does anyone know how long activation takes?

Sorry about that, it seems things weren't active on our end, that's been sorted now, if you connect the router it should connect immediately .
