Broadband Very Slow - DLM Reset Request

Hi, My fttc has become very slow. The upload has been capped at 0.8mbit. Please I have DLM reset / uncap. The line is now stable but the cap has not lifted.  It was caused by the modem cable being unplugged several times.

Hi, can a DLM reset no longer be done by a moderator? It used to be possible a few years ago?

@digit101 No - has to be done via Plusnet. I have never known mods (who are not PN staff, btw), to be able to access the PN network.
