Quick question - do you use Azureus or uTorrent at all?
It may be that encrypted torrent streams are categorised as VoIP occasionally.

Hi Paul,
In all honesty, I'm not entirely sure what traffic that will be that is causing it to show up in that fashion. It's worth bearing in mind that the VMBU classification is a guideline and not a rule of thumb.
Additionally, I've had a look at your usage and you haven't exceeded 8GB recently from what I can tell. Have you considered looking at BBYW2 and saving yourself £7 a month?
