Over the past two weeks we have experienced DNS errors. Though engineers were scheduled, the DNS errors have ceased by themselves, leaving our connection stable for the last five days. However, although our connection is now very stable and runs fine, we don't appear to be hitting the high speeds we were achieving before the problem started.
We recently upgraded to Fibre and for the first 2.5 weeks we had speeds of around 30-35mb/s. Post DNS problems, we now don't seem to be able to reach above 15mb/s

I've just been looking at your account, the connection certainly is stable as it's been up for 7 days and other checks aren't showing anything obvious I'm afraid.
I'm going to advise raising a fault here: http://faults.plus.net as this will guide you through the basic initial faults checks and provide an opportunity for us to do some automated tests and log a fault with our suppliers if the need arises.
