Broadband Speed Slow (not restored?)

Hello,
I usually have a broadband speed about 1to 1.5mbps. I went over my broadband allowance and therefore my speed was limited. However i have now started a new billing month, but my broadband speed has not been restored.
i HAve thomson tg585 v7

i have done all relevent speed tests with no problems just a slow speed, i have no idea what to do next
please help

To elaborate on the response to your ticket we'll be restoring your speeds as part of a fix for a problem we've identified with a few customers being left on the wrong speed profile.
Your details have been added to problem ID 68235. I'll keep an eye on that for you and will give you a shout when that's been fixed.
