Broadband Speed Maxing out at 130k/sec

Hi,
I raised a ticket (30518307) a number of days ago after following the speed faults guide on this forum.
My IP profile on the bt speedtester is at 4000, and my router is syncing at 4672 but I can not get over 130K download from any website or the speed tester.  The problem started on Monday and has not improved since then.
The inital checks on the broadband fault checker have completed and customer support have indicated on the ticket that further checks need to be made, I have responded to the query yesterday but have not recieved an update since.
Please could someone look into this?

What does https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=stable_rate say for your current line speed?
Have you gone over the usage allowance for your account? https://portal.plus.net/view_my_broadband_usage/index.php

Ahh, the current line speed is at 1500 on the link you provided, which is probably why I'm seeing such a low figure.  Why would it drop to this level if the BT speedtester shows 4000 and my sync speed is 4672?
I am on BBYW Pro and am no where neatr the 20GB limit at the moment

Hi Minimos, dod that fix your problem? My link started exactly the same behaviour yesterday after running for ages at around 6.8Mb...it still says it is synced at 6Mb but the 128k/130k number looked very similar to yours.
I've got a call in, we'll see what transpires.

Is your router currently plugged into the master socket? We haven't received a new line report for your connection since the 30th, which suggests to me that we should have one today and hopefully that will increase your profile.
