Broadband Speed Issues - pmxyz - split

4) This is from last night *
Download speedachieved during the test was - 125 Kbps

7) This is happening frequently and has been for the last 3 months. Never used to happen before.  Something has defiantly changed. Clearly other users are having similar issues. Ticket already open.

You aren't experiencing the same issue as the other people in this thread, your slow speeds are caused by your profile dropping due to a low sync on your line. Make sure your modem/router is plugged in to the master socket without using an extension lead, if your sync increases it should take around 3 days for your profile to increase and then you'll see better speeds.
