Last couple of days I've had problems with the broadband for the first time since being with Plusnet
No phone line at all on Friday which corrected itself how I do not know, but then we had phone line but no broadband... Having spoken with customer service, tried a few tests and still nothing I confirmed that the internal connections were sound by disconnecting and then reconnecting the extension from the master socket... Still no broadband... But then 2 hours later it was back on, Hooray, but hang on, it's half the speed now.
Having read about this 'sound to noise' thing is there any chance it could be what is giving me the problem now?
