need help finding out why Plusnet move my broadband related post.
My BROADBAND is at 5mb so i asked plusnet to put me on 35-75mb but plusnet are thick as [-Censored-], and even that was to much for them to do.
BUT they thought it would be ok to charge me for 35-75mb even though they could not provide me with the speeds predicted.
I would stay away from this cowboy outfit and go get a no contract deal elsewhere.
