BTw vs LLU am affarid. LLU isp's can control there bandwidth costs much better. where BTw reseller has theres set by BTw

to give a ball park figure thats the sums for the wbc version of 21cn, thoe its more expensive on the wbmc version of 21cn that plusnet are using

No. Plusnet's prices on Market 3 exchanges are much lower because those are deregulated. On Market 1 and 2 exchanges the price is set by OFCOM.

A bit out of date, but here is the reason you don't get "unlimited broadband at 500Mbps for £0.25/month" on BTw-based Internet connections:
