Broadband Max

My line can only sustain around 512 connection, I did move up to 1mb but had to revert. There was some debate when Broadband Max was introduced whether it was worth changing over. So far I have not done that and I wonder how its settled down and whether people have see improvements in speed and whether I should now take courage in both hands and move across?

Hi there,
It varies to be honest. Sometimes it really does improve things but sometimes (in rare circumstances) does make things worse.
If you do decide to go for it, we'll happily move you back to the static 512 service for free if need be.

Thanks Matt, I will have a think about it. I was worried that it might have been a one way road!!!
