Broadband Max

Hi there, I opted into Broadband Max back in May. Still no increase in speed. Can anyone help?

Hi Mand, it was the opt in for upp to 8meg I meant, my speeds are these;
IP profile for your line is - 6500 kbps
    DSL connection rate: 448 kbps(UP-STREAM)  7616 kbps(DOWN-STREAM)
    Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 1965 kbps

IP profile for your line is - 6500 kbps
    DSL connection rate: 448 kbps(UP-STREAM)  7616 kbps(DOWN-STREAM)
    Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 889 kbps
I am under level one management at the moment.
