Broadband - Limited or no internet access

Hello, late yesterday evening and today at about 5.30 pm my broadband connection was gone, either showing limited access or no internet access (more no internet access!).  Attached is a screeshot of the diagnosis. can anyone enlighten me?  whats this all about?

Not sure about yesterday but today could have been related to this.
