I have been having broadband issues for 12 days now and have a log open in the members section, yet no one on Plusnet is bothering to reply to me! I use the internet to work from home and this is the first time today I've been able to get onto the internet as it's either been non existent or too slow. I have to do a payroll on Friday morning and need to get this sorted out - what is going on??!!
