At the times 11-2 i receive about 2-10 dropouts of the internet, i don't know whats going on. Has anyone experienced this before?

Re: Broadband Dropouts

Hi there,
Below is a graph of your connection:
<img src="http://ccgi.psmith12.plus.com/visradius/generated/image13723242973755.png"/>
As you stated your line is dropping at similar times daily, is there anything in your house that is turned on/off at these times?

Re: Broadband Dropouts

Nope we are normally all asleep during this time. However i do have a home plug extending the connection upstairs to a computer which is turned off at night. However this plug is constantly turned on and off during the day so it shouldn't make a difference. The plug that is connected to the main router downstairs is never turned off.

Re: Broadband Dropouts

Dead weird how it always drops in the middle of the night 😕
Post a screeny of your router stats?
Tbh I've always thought your line syncs a bit low, maybe there's something going on here...

Re: Broadband Dropouts

The last one is when the number actually goes negative, but the router is too stupid to display it properly...
Run in command prompt: "ping bbc.co.uk" and post the results?

Re: Broadband Dropouts

Not those, instead of dropping sometimes it just makes my speed slow, it doesn't drop during this slowness
