Broadband Dropouts and Limited Connectivity

Ive been experiencing lots of drop-outs recently, and getting worse since Monday.

 

When reconnecting to the router its been showing the 'limited' exclamation mark on my network tray icon..when my internet is running ive also noticed a slower speeds loading websites and such than I did last week and I was just wondering if its to do with the maintenance planned or something.

 

Its also affecting gameplay on Eve Online culminating in a ton of Socket Closed errors, which aint no fun for nobody, if you could take a look at my account and if possible, line speeds, that would be great.

broadband slow was 3.4 now 2.6

I am having all sorts of problems. Dropping in and out every minute. Horrible!!!

I've already lost a lot of data/work and will have to look for another solution if this goes on.

This is worse than my first 1995 dial-up

Extremely slow, too.

Hi Jule,

I have looked into this for you and run some checks and i can see that your service is currently effected by a service outage and this should be resolved by 5pm today.

@Beermonsta I'm just looking into your issues.

Our tests are showing a fault on the phone line. As your phone isn't with us you'll have to contact your phone provider/
