My problems started last year in September and after several engineer visits , replacement routers and Modems it still hasn't been resolved. I actually gave up trying to report through the support channel because no matter how many times I mentioned it only seems to goes off when its either raining or bad weather you insisted on sending a BT engineer to test the kit internal to the house when it was neither of those and they went away a shrug of the shoulders . I don't have the stats you're privy to but I'll assume my line has several disconnects throughout the day and worsens during bad weather . What other steps can be taken to resolve this as taking another day off work for another BT engineer isn't an option unless they are attempting something different ?

It seems that your line has recently been stable but you mentioned this tended to be weather related, is is disconnections or speed that you're seeing issues with(Just trying to go off the fault notes on our account.)?
We could try a lift and shift that would put you on another port, it doesn't appear that this has been tried. This would require an engineer to do but they wouldn't need access to your premises for this.

Sorry to dredge up an old post but can we try as you suggested ? Its been lightly raining over two days and I've lost count of the times I've suffered disconnections.

No . Its generally a good connection until it rains and then it never stays on and its now every time it rains

It could be caused by a number of different things unfortunately.

Yes every time it rains it disconnects and then intermittently as it continues raining . Otherwise its stable .
