Broadband Disconnected when Using Phone

Hi
When I make a call, the ASDL and the internet lights on my router flash, i.e., the connection drops. This happens consistently, i.e., whenever I use the phone. Also, not quite sure whether this is a related issue, but every now and then, the connection drops between around 18:00 and 19:00.
Any idea what's happening? Thank you.

Have you got a filter on all of your phone sockets?

It is always worth checking to see if the same thing occurs when there is an incoming call and no phone is connected (use mobile to check) as that was one thing I saw

I tried calling my home phone, disconnected from the socket, using my mobile; the internet connection didn't suffer. Thank you for your suggestion.
I'll test the line again using a new filter and will report back.
