To best of my knowledge this now leaves Plusnet as the only ISP to pass on this charge.

As someone who maybe will return to Plusnet I am particularly interested to know.
When will Plusnet cease to charge the Broadband cessation fee aka as an apparent punishment charge for leaving BT Group Broadband Services ?
