Broadband + Awnsering Machine

Hi
Since signing up for plusnet broardband unlimited, we have been having problems with our awnsering machine and walkround phones. We have even gone out and bought another set to see if the old set was the problem. Now the new set wont even connect to our phone line  HELP!
Any help would be much appriciated.

How are you connecting everything up?
Have you plugged the phone into the phone socket on a microfilter?
Does the phone work if it's plugged straight into the phone socket at the master BT socket?

I have tried plugging it intoo both the microfilter and the master bt socket, but it is still not working  :-\. if youve got any other ideas  but if not thanks for your help anyway

Sounds like BT have probably messed something up at the exchange when connecting broadband.
Borrow a simple old phone known to work (corded, no power) from a friend or neighbour and try it in the BT Test Socket.
If it doesn't work contact whoever provides your telephone service and report a fault.

ive tested a old phone that i know works, and ive plugged that straight into the main bt plug and it works. Any ideas. And thanks for your help hp

yep, that same phone works via the filter aswell.
it seems that its only the walkround phones with awnsering machines arnt working.
