Broadband Activation

Hi,
I recently placed an order for Plusnet bb and this morning the sync light came on on my Router, and on logging on to my router it says it's synced to the exchange at 6784Kb/448Kb. However my username/password is not reconised.
Checking on the Plusnet order tracking page it still says "We are now checking if broadband is available where you live." I was looking through the forums and wondered if the situation described here http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,2354.0.html
is possible in my case?

Highly likely!
Give PN a call, or raise a ticket and ask them to manually activate you.
Or, alternatively wait another 4 minutes and 13 seconds*  and I suspect one of the Comms team will have picked this up and done the business for you
