Broadband Activation

Hi,
I signed up with plusnet to have a new phone line and broadband installed at my childrens house in time for Christmas.
The phone line was installed as per agreed date and time slot, no problems.
Was told broadband connection would go live today but haven't been able to get hold of anyone today to see if it has.
My ex partner has tried to get on the internet this afternoon so obviously still not working.
Can anyone help please?

The order has completed and your account on our systems is now active too. If you try to connect up again it should go through fine.

Sadly, they couldn't get it working yesterday evening by ethernet or wifi.
Going to try again today.

Not getting a broadband light come on.
Telephone line is fine.
They have tried getting on a PC via ethernet and tried to connect to the wifi using a phone and the Plusnet wifi login is saying 'NOT IN RANGE'.
Any ideas?
