I recently joined plusnet and after i went live my BB speed was monitored , but after monitoring my speed it keeps dropping off around about 9pm each night, i have tried phoning and am told there is a very high demand on line , i have waited 45 min on phone 2 nights in a row and can not get thro to help desk to report fault, so  i am doing it here,
If i dont get help with my problem i will jusst leave as plusnet will haave broken thier contract by not supplying a service that  meets requirements
is there anty plusnet officials that can help or are yous all asleep  ?

it keeps disconnecting now and i cant get on net
also im currently  trying to get thro on phone and have been on the waiting line for 30 min + so far and still no answer
if problem not fixed i will be contacting ofcom as service is unusable at mopment

just got answered and the guy hung up on me
iam i entilted to cancel my account as i have not been with plusnet a month yet  and it seems they have no technical department or customer services

Can you post the stats from your router?
For testing purposes you should be connected by ethernet from the computer and the router should
be plugged direct into the test socket (if you have one) inside the master socket.

If it is a plusnet one  start here
http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/hardware/
then look in the FAQ for your router.  Line stats
If it is not a PN one  then what make model is it.

Yes - not a good router to get stats from. I dont have one but maybe more here:
There is a hidden 'expert user' page which you can visit 192.168.1.254/expert_user.html for extra pages. (change to use your IP if different. PN default seems to be 192.168.1.254).
To get more detailed line statistics, in the left hand menu, click Device Info -> Summary -> Statistics -> xDSL

From the info given it doesnt look too bad - did it go off again last night. 
Can you post the stats again now or  early evening and again when it is dropping

@Oldjim  Well I consider number of errors to be a basic stat for troubleshooting  and the "Basic Stats" does not appear to give them?
