Broad band issue

New customer and still no broadband order was supposed to be processed nearly 2 weeks ago and for some reason was cancelled so was put through again to be completed last Thursday fault had to be reported still no internet and no idea when it will be rectified

My broadband was supposed to be set up on the 2nd December then moved to the 7th then the 14th since then heard nothing from them.
