Broad band extender Netgear WNDAP350

Hi,
    Can anyone please advise of any settings that need to be changed on the Plus net router to accomodate my netgear extender. Ive used itfine for the last 12 months with BT but since ive switched to plusnet its very tempremental, we have to keep logging in and out to get signal.

Probably because the wireless range of your Plusnet-supplied router isn't as good as BT one so you need to move the extender closer to the router.  You can set-up a BT Home Hub to work with Plusnet, you know.

Thanks for the prompt response but the wifi extender is wired to the other side of the house via cat 5E
