Broad Band Activation My phone got Activated on 26th but not Broadband

My phone got activated on 26 th but my broadband is not I tried to contact the support on chat but unable to and tried to contact over phone but out of luck. On my account it says "There's been a problem progressing your broadband order." which is very annoying
