Breaks in Broadband Service

I've noticed recently rather a lot of breaks in my broadband service.   It doesn't seem to matter what time of day they occur, and the downtime only lasts for a couple of minutes.   But it is annoying, and I was wondering what causes these events, and can they be stopped?

Are you still having problems today? Noticeably, there was quite a lot of dropouts on the evening that you messaged us, but things seemed to stabilise on Sunday. Did you make any changes to your equipment internally?

Thanks for getting back to me.   Was the chart that you posted showing the dropouts just for my line?   Do you know what causes these dropouts?   Nothing has been changed here for a few months, but the breaks in service have been, to my mind, quite frequent.
