After 20 min w agent I lost the line. Send message PlusNet Diagnistics bot but it said my phone number doesn't match any PlusNet account. I did check my account and its the same number.
My broadband stopped working since todays morning and nothing helps. How bad Sunday it is now.
Plus I lost the line because my mobile phone provider said I reached £50 cap during this call. Price experience

@slechta Did you use your mobile number in the bot? As far as I know, you should input your land line number.
