Boardband slow speed. Now G 992.3. Way to slow now!

How do I raise a ticket? My Broadband over the last several months has gone up to 8MB. Now 2.8MB. Prior to that had average approx 6.5MB which I always thought was a bit slow since not to far from exchange.

Have had a lot of FEC Errors. 

We use to connect with G 992.5.

Could someone from PlusNet have a look at our Boardband please.

Our tests aren't showing any particular cause for this.

Can you go through the steps listed here?

I have gone through steps listed above. I have replaced the ADSL filter.

Still have slow speed.

First I would say do a quiet line test 17070 option 2 and listen for and crackling, hissing or popping on it, if you hear any thing report it has a land line phone.

problem for your low sync if your noise margin 15.9 db, default is 6dB.

Wait for one of the PN people on here to post your line stats to see if it has any errors or not.

I'd recommend raising a fault here in that case.

When I followed the My Broadband is Slow questions it leads to cancellation of the raised ticket. This happens after the question about modem Broadband light being on
