Blue light on but no connection to any device

Can any from plusnet please help me. I have had trouble fora couple of weeks now with disconnection happening allmost daily. Today the hub is still blue but no connection to any device i went onto hub manager it is saying connected. I have restarted also.

It looks like a outage this morning mine has blue light but no Internet

I too am having the same issue, blue light on my router, however there's no Internet connection. Tried going on the router dashboard to disconnect and reconnect, still the issue persists

Same here, looks like PlusNet is down across the country. I'm WR14 in worcestershire, let's hope we get some feedback soon

I am also having this issue. It was fine this morning then all of a sudden, no Internet. Mobile phone won't connect, xbox won't connect. I managed to get through to support where they're sending me another router but I dont think it's the problem.

...Nor me.

Broadband OK (apart from OFF/ON a few minutes ago) but no Internet for about 2 hours from 10.30am to 12.30p, North London.

Same issue. Manchester. Down since about 10:30. Phone line just says they are having issues try again later. Some sort of update on website or forum would be nice
