Hi, my activation date was today. I received email confirmation that my fibre order was complete and ready to use. I connected the router. Light is blue but when trying to connect via laptop or phone WiFi,it states no internet connection. I have logged into the router and changed the login from firstname.lastname@example.org to my username (********@plusdsl.net) and password entered correctly. Still I cannot connect to the internet. Very frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
