Does your password have any special characters? Might be worth a try and change it to, alpha and numeric characters only.
If this fails to resolve, then this issue is not going to get resolved here unless a staffer comes along, I suggest you follow the advice given previously and raise a call or phone support tomorrow.
Edit: you have been advised your broadband is now active?
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
