Blue light but no connection

Hi!
The blue light is on my router but I can’t connect. I rebooted my hub & my devices several times. I also left everything switched off overnight but it’s still not working in the morning.

Yesterday I rang Plusnet to terminate my account on 23 July as I’m moving house. Is there a chance it’s been closed early?

I can see your service is active at the moment. 

 

Looking at your RADIUS logs, it seems that your router was not recognising the authentication details for one reason or another. I can sse Kyle talk you through rectifying this on Live Chat.
