I normally have advance warning of my bill (18.08.08) but haven't this month !

The billing script does run most of the day and there can be several thousand customers, think mine was recieved at 11am yesterday (billing date is 17th). I would give it a bit longer if its not already been recieved

There's a ticket on your account stating that we're going to bill you on the 21st, but maybe this arrived a little later in the day than it normally does for you.
