Plusnet tried to take payment today but it failed to go throug for some reason.
Phoned support to trouble shoot but they could not find any fault, So paid bill via the operator and payment went through without any problem, Checked what details he had on his screen which matched what he had just inputted manurly SO THE QUESTION IS WHY IS AUTOMATIC BILLING NOT WORKING????
THIS IS HAPPENING WHENEVER THE BILLING DATE FALLS ON A WEEKEND ?
YOU GET A TEXT ASKING YOU TO TO GO TO WWW.PLUS.NET/PAY BUT THIS DOES NOT WORK THE SITE REFUSES THE CONNECTION TO THAT PAGE AS IF YOU ARE BLACKED LISTED
CAN SOMEBODY AT PLUS NET GET THIS SORTED OUT AS ITS A PAIN YOU HAVE TO PHONE THEM TO CONPLAIN
