Thought I'd post in here to see if anyone else was in the same boat or if it's just my account!
My billing date is normally the 21st of the month.
My usage has been reset and my Home Phone account has moved on to a new month. However, this month I've still to see an invoice generated on my account (this normally happens on the billing date!).
Are things running a bit behind or has something gone wrong?

Hi Paul,
Billing didn't run over the weekend, hence why you haven't received an invoice yet. I suspect that it'll be picked up again today, so hopefully you should see an invoice before too long.
Actually - I've just checked and today's billing run has begun and is going absolutely fine, so I suspect that you'll get an invoice soon.

Just as well.Accidentally used the wrong ATM card and then realised last night that my direct debit account was 0.25p short to pay 'plusnet'.Swift transfer early this morning put it right.
