I am in Warndon, and the Fernhill Heath exchange is notorious for it's poor performance. Doesn't matter who you're with. It's made the papers, and even the (new) local MP is involved. I have never acheived better than 500Kbps download since connection...

Small update. Download speed is still the same, but the line profile has moved up from 250 to 2820.

there is one point in your earlier post, you were switching your router off during the first ten day training period, this meant that BT could not get the info from your line, once you left it on it improved
