Probably either but it is often recommended here for usage monitoring so I thought I would flag it up on this board

Trouble is its not Just that program that install,s a bit of extra Poop , you have to be very careful of what you click when installing any new program.
there is a lot out there who try to add google chrome if your not careful.
Download.com used to be a good site but now , everything has added unwanted extra,s

On some download sites I've given up trying to find the link for all the junk.
