Banded profile

Hi,
Can someone please check if I am now on a banded profile?
My speed has halved in last week, ticket number 34396669, despite my target SNR looking to have dropped from 15 to 6.

You're on a 1-2Mb banded profile. The Faults Team have this in hand on ticket 34396669 and should contact you shortly.

Lets hope they can sort it out, I was with SKY on 4MB for years, is only the BT system that seems to have issues with the DLM system they insist on using.
This may be the final straw for me.
