Hi,
I think my line has been banded by DLM - I swapped my modem router and, long story short, there seems to be a software issue on the Google Home WiFi which means you can only enter PPPOE settings once, on factory reset. This meant I restarted the modem/router combo multiple times in an hour, probably well over 10, before I realised.
The result is I have gone from a rock solid 36/10 to 26/9 and the new (different I may add) modem/router is reporting syncing as below:

Attainable Rate | 43128 | Kbps | 12006 | Kbps |
The round numbers make me think this is banded, so now things are stable, please could someone reset DLM on the Plusnet side so I can have the 10meg back - I promise not to turn it off again!
